A Culture Shift towards Results and Accountability

Through our team training courses, like Ignite Your Productivity or Ignite Your Customer Service and Sales, the core focus is to work on shifting the culture of the team from one of individualistic, worker based, ad hoc performance to one of teamwork, leadership based, intentional, accountable performance.

There are 3 key Philosophies that drive this Culture Shift:

1.Success is a Team Effort, for the Good of All – The team members understand that they are self employed employeesworking for themselves, in partnership with their team and the business to achieve the targets and in doing so achieve their personal ambition and the ambitions of everyone involved.

2.Focus on Delivering Results through Making Change and Closing the Gaps – Agreed, target setting that informs monthly, weekly and daily planning, that focuses on the delivery of results through making change and closing the gaps, stops the unproductive, reactive, task crunching and aligns people to execute on the delivery of their objectives which are based on the key drivers of the business

3.Mindset and Belief influence your reality – The dominant belief of the leadership and the team is what will influence the reality of the business.

You only see and act upon what you believe to be true. 

If your dominant conversations in your team are of struggle and lack of opportunity, that will influence their beliefs and their actions or inaction.  However, if your dominant conversations with your team are of progress and opportunity, then this ignites passion, excitement, enthusiasm and instigates focused action.
