DELIVERY & SUPPORT
A training programme focused on working with the CEO and Exco of a Business that takes the team through 10 Cornerstones of Business over 12 months.
The programme trains the team on the Cornerstones and works on developing the business through the guidance and review of the Ambition, Strategy, Model and Overall Business Logics. The programme covers over 220 Modules and sub-modules and delivers a large toolbox of business tactics.
